Construction underway at Silk Park in Hendon, London.  

Designed by Concept Architect Hutchinson & Partners, the scheme consists of 771 residential apartments split between 9 blocks wrapping and on top of a large extensively landscaped podium deck.  

We were appointed St George to undertake a full optimisation review of all apartment layouts from the planning design, helping find further value, opportunities and design efficiencies.
