Germán Soler Garcia

Germán joined Design Delivery Unit in 2018 and has over 11 years’ experience delivering projects across the residential sector, from refurbishment and high-end residential to large-scale mixed-use developments. He specialises in developing efficient BIM workflows that support the production of accurate 3D models and coordinated project information from RIBA Stage 3 onwards.

As an Associate BIM Manager at Scott Brownrigg and Design Delivery Unit, Germán plays a key role in improving digital delivery processes, helping teams work more efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency. His experience spans consultant coordination, 3D modelling and 2D documentation, with particular expertise in apartments, amenity spaces and back-of-house areas.

Passionate about the role of technology in improving the design and construction process, Germán has also worked with heritage documentation techniques including photogrammetry and 3D laser scanning, using innovative approaches to enhance accuracy and project outcomes.
