Design Delivery Unit were commissioned to Phase II of this prestigious project which consisted of 1163 units of residential accommodation with ground level retail and service areas. We inherited a RIBA Stage 3 design on which we carried out design reviews and delivered the technical design. We were Lead Consultant on the project which involved the co-ordination of a skilled design team.

We controlled the changes in the key factors of scope, schedule, budget, resources and risk to optimize quality of the project. It was also critical to establish the design that was necessary to satisfy client and end user needs and expectations, once delivered.
