Design Deliver Unit were appointed to deliver Phase 4 of this landmark residential and mixed-use project, which was designed by Foster & Partners. It comprises 358 new homes across two residential towers, with shared amenities and commercial space within the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.

The two residential towers measure 28 and 38 storeys, with the taller linked to a seven-storey mixed-use podium. We ensured compliance with building regulations while maintaining the concept architect’s design intent. In addition to rationalising the apartment types and layouts, we worked with the design team to develop a more efficient structural design, refining the core layout to increase apartment sales areas by 4% and enhance amenity spaces.
