Construction well underway at 225 Marsh Wall 

Designed by concept architect Make and developer Chalegrove Properties Limited, we were appointed to deliver this 48-storey new residential tower on the Isle of Dogs.  

The building includes a community floor space and flexible restaurant/retail on the lower levels - combined with a generous provision of internal and external amenity and children’s play space for the benefit of all residents. 

We have also developed the design to optimise the layout and reconsider the materials to improve its fire safety.  

With the final slab poured, construction is due to complete early 2024.
