AJ100 Change-maker of the Year award
Project Director Albena Atanassova has been shortlisted for the AJ100 Change-maker of the Year award.
This new AJ100 category celebrates individuals who have either helped change the culture of their practice or who are leading change in the wider profession or beyond.
Albena has been recognised for her advocacy for positive change within architectural education and across the wider industry, and in developing and implementing a new approach towards partnerships: working with a wide range of international and UK-based educational institutions, organisations, and individuals, big and small, who share our vision and values to diversify our skills and perspectives, supporting emerging talent, and securing the future of the practice.
She is also a member of the RIBA Education Development group and sits on London South Bank University’s Architecture Advisory Board and is one of the founding board members of the Young Architects and Developers Alliance (YADA).
The winners of all the AJ100 awards will be announced in June.
